  • Collaborate with other People Team functions in the design, implementation, and measurement of People Programs
  • Provide coaching support for site or client group leadership building skills, knowledge, and competencies to achieve results and make employee-related decisions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in Leadership development, organizational effectiveness
  • Track record of successful execution of cross-functional change management initiatives
  • Capability to design, manage, and deliver learning and development programs driving business impact
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
  • BA/BS degree required in related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with diverse client groups establishing credibility and trust
  • Excellent analytical skills successfully using data to extract insights and inform decision-making
  • Experience with driving and championing inclusion and diversity initiatives
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
