IT Infrastructure Specialist

Our organization relies on a robust and secure infrastructure to deliver innovative services. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our global infrastructure.
In this position, you will collaborate with a diverse team of experts to design, plan, and operate our infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring racks of hosts, diagnosing and repairing issues for server, storage, and network devices, and participating in data center power & cooling events.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong computer hardware troubleshooting and repair skills, as well as experience with computer networking. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage, and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts
- Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events
- Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis)
- This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment using our lifting equipment
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
