About You and Your Skills:
  • Ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+) with proven success in building high-performing teams and improving team effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated operational multi-site leadership experience in a fast-paced, ideally retail, environment.
  • Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets that result in sustained improvement.
  • Ability to lead the delivery of high store standards that maintains the highest levels of safety for team members and customers.
