As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of early learning professionals to provide high-quality education and care to children. You will work closely with the Centre Director to ensure the centre operates smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your leadership skills to mentor and build capabilities within the centre team. You will also be responsible for managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Director, ensuring continuity and consistency in service delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early learning professional who is eager to advance their career and contribute to the growth and development of a thriving business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in an early learning setting
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
