Job Overview

The Program Director will lead the designated program, overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the school.

About the Role

This position is responsible for supervising teachers, ensuring student voice and feedback are embedded in regular practice, and contributing to the leadership of the school through active participation in staff and middle leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the designated program, developing and implementing educational strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Supervise teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teaching practices.
  • Embed student voice and feedback in regular practice, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in staff and middle leadership meetings, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
