The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing tailored care plans that cater to individual client goals. They will also support clients with mobility, including safe operation of hoists and other manual handling equipment.
Candidates must have a Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability. They should also possess a minimum of three years' experience working in community or residential aged care, with demonstrated knowledge and/or recent experience in aged care, including dementia care and manual handling.
We are seeking flexible and qualified individuals who can collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery. The role offers competitive daily pay rates, paid travel, accommodation, and meals while on placement, as well as opportunities to explore and work across remote and regional Australia.
