Occupational Therapist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services in rural and remote communities across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of people living in rural and remote areas.

About the Role:

  • This can be an entry or senior level role pending experience and qualifications.
  • Billed time should be 50-60% (not more) and incentives are paid from 50%
  • Promotion reviews will be conducted every 12 weeks to assess your career growth and progression.
  • New graduates will receive additional weekly structured supervision/mentoring to support their professional development.
  • You will have the flexibility to choose between permanent part-time (1-3 days a week), full-time (four days a week), or 6/12-month contract options.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility for overseas applicants).
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in occupational therapy.
