Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to provide administrative support to the project team in a site-based environment.

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for timesheets, including validation of reports and submission of weekly pay files.
  • Cross-reference daily sign-on sheets with timesheet data and perform applicable checks for completeness.
  • Assist personnel in coordinating the new starter first-day process.
  • Compile information required for reports and other documents.
  • Raise supply requisitions and manage invoice receipting.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems and archiving of project documentation.
  • Support maintenance of training matrices and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a candidate with 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar administrative capacity.

Relevant qualifications in an appropriate discipline are also essential.

Candidates should possess a high level of proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A demonstrated administration background with previous exposure to timekeeping, accounts, and document control is necessary.

A strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines is required.
