Strata Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Strata Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and eager to grow within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of strata and community titled properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of properties.
  • Providing expert advice on legislation to unit owners.
  • Promptly responding to client queries via phone and email.
  • Chairing and minuting meetings, held at properties, in the office, or virtually.
  • Developing and managing budgets for maintenance and other expenses.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and ensuring prompt completion of tasks.
  • Handling insurance claims and liaising with clients and service providers.
  • Assisting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential, with training provided for specialized strata management software.
