Strata Community Management Role

The position of Strata Community Manager involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties.

This is an essential role where you will ensure all legislative requirements are met, provide professional customer service, guidance, and support to clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of Strata and Community Titled properties
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Providing professional customer service, guidance, and support to clients and suppliers

This is a full-time position based in our Eastwood office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 4:00 pm finish on Fridays.

The role involves an average of two evening meetings per week, but we offer additional support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
