Strata Body Corporate Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage all aspects of a Strata and Community Title portfolio. You will work closely with an Assistant Body Corporate Manager to assist with administrative tasks and address client queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial accounts
  • Attend to work order requests and arrange building maintenance
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
  • Correspond with committees and owners
  • Interpret and relay legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Day-to-day client interaction and problem-solving
Requirements
  • Must be able to engage stakeholders and manage relationships well
  • Motivated, committed, and resilient individual preferred
  • Team player desired
  • Exceptional mediation and problem-solving skills required
  • Able to thrive in a busy environment
