The Role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to coordinate the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex rosters, liaising with guards, and proactively filling vacant shifts. They will also work closely with Business Managers to identify contractual risks and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex rosters with site clearance criteria
  • Liaise with guards and other stakeholders
  • Proactively fill vacant shifts in advance and in response to employee absenteeism
  • Liaise with Business Managers to identify contractual risks and capacity

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for long periods
  • Database and rostering system experience preferred
  • Strong IT skills and customer service skills
  • Professional communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of payroll principles and/or award interpretation an advantage
