Digital Service Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business areas across the department to deliver high-quality digital services and develop strategic future-focused product and hardware roadmaps.
  • Research, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate project or program initiatives. This may include development of workplans to support strategic direction.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team, including providing clear and consistent communication, building capability in your team, monitoring work progress, and proactively resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional agile project teams to deliver critical and complex programs of work.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills to ensure the appropriate level of communication, coordination, and collaboration of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which may include business partners, cross-agency collaborations, and service providers.
  • Familiarity with and application of project management frameworks/methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Federal Government Department and join a supportive team. The successful ICT Delivery Manager will be offered an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options.
