Insurance Operations Change Leader

The Insurance Operations Advisory Senior Manager will play a crucial role in driving our Member Experience Uplift program forward. This is a maximum 12-month term contract position based in Melbourne.
Main Responsibilities- Review and provide expert guidance on initiatives arising from previous recommendations.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder teams to ensure the Program aligns with internal Risk Management Frameworks and external Prudential standards.
- Regularly communicate Program progress and updates to senior leadership.
- Partner with external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and reporting of change.
- A thorough understanding of insurance operations in superannuation, including legislative and regulatory requirements (including CPS250 and ASIC Report 806).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with people across the business, including Board and Executive level.
- Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Ideal experience includes working on projects and/or enterprise-wide programs.
