Seasoned Event Manager Wanted

Manage the overall operations of a large-scale outdoor cinema event in Melbourne. Oversee a team of 60 onsite crew and coordinate daily activities, including setup, pack-down, food & beverage management, and AV operations.
This role requires a seasoned leader with experience in managing events, teams, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
About You- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or leadership role
- Previous experience in food and beverage, customer service, or related field
- Cinema management or event management experience is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a casual workforce
- Strong stakeholder management and time management skills
- A collaborative approach and can-do attitude
