Regional Retail Operations Manager

Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for leadership?
This role involves travelling to various venues within regional Queensland, fostering a positive work environment and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring exceptional experiences for all guests.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and excellent communication skills.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing improvements where needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of liquor products and RSA certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
