Care Delivery Manager

As a Care Delivery Manager, you will lead clinical and care teams to provide exceptional resident care while fostering an understanding of their unique identities and experiences.

  • Ensure comprehensive clinical and specialized nursing care is provided, documented, and tailored to each resident's needs by our clinical staff.
  • Prioritize residents and their families in decision-making, considering their preferences, independence, dignity, and identified care-related risks.
  • Oversee scheduled reappraisals, including mandatory and voluntary assessments, as required.
  • Hold nurses accountable for daily case reporting, care planning, and addressing patient concerns promptly.
  • Conduct routine clinical assessments to address identified gaps in care.

About You:

  • You are a registered nurse with AHPRA registration, unrestricted.
  • Experience in senior management within the aged care sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aged care industry, with insight into emerging trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage human resources matters and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in various information technology tools and software, with adaptability to new skills as needed.
