We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical practice in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent attitude, ability to influence others, and strong communication skills.
  • Human Resources: Experience with interviewing new staff, monitoring performance, and knowledge of HR laws.
