Our students come from diverse backgrounds, with 55% of the student population speaking a language other than English at home. We are committed to supporting the needs of all students, including those with complex disabilities.
The Assistant Principal Special Education will play a critical role in leading our support unit. This includes establishing a newly developed support unit, coordinating the role of Assistant Principal, and developing and implementing Individual Educational Plans, Personalised Learning Pathways, Behaviour Support Plans, Access Requests and integration and transition programs.
We are seeking an experienced leader who has a proven ability to lead evidence-based practices, implement high-quality differentiated curriculum, and build positive relationships with students, families, staff, external agencies and the wider community.
