Order Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining order lead-time, providing cost and capacity information, issuing material demand requisitions, and managing enquiries regarding complex orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining order lead-time as planned.
  • Providing order related costs, capacity and lead-time to the offer.
  • Issuing material demand requisitions according to schedule and inventory.
  • Continuously following up, analysing and taking actions to reach KPIs, targets and milestones.
  • Managing enquiries regarding complex order quotes such as larger enquiries, bill of materials, price, delivery time, as well as product offers.
  • Reporting KPI's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Order Planning and Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
  • SAP experience and strong computer skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
