**The Role**

Pirtek's National Office in Kings Park, NSW requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join our team as an Inventory Planner.

Reporting to the National Inventory Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure that PFS stock management is optimised and maintained within expected inventory targets. The Inventory Planner is responsible for completing a Demand and Supply review monthly and for escalating issues to the National Inventory Manager when supply issues arise.

Additionally, the role includes the raising of Purchase Orders to maintain correct inventory holdings. The Inventory Planner supports the franchise network by issuing recommended stock orders for the procurement of stock from PFS and endorsed vendors.
- Performing a monthly Demand Forecast review to then generate monthly Purchase Orders for all approved vendors
- Actioning the expedition of orders when projected negative stock or back-orders arise to minimise stock outages
- Assisting with Franchise Inventory questions to ensure that the Franchise network is well-supported
- Generating an Order Plan Review for approval
- Ensuring compliance with Pirtek regulations
- Administration of GRN's
- Maintaining traceability and record keeping of all communication between suppliers and PFS
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and of WHS AS/NZS 4801:2001

- Experience with Advanced Planning Software
- Experience in relation to order management, invoicing and procurement
- Demand and Supply Planning knowledge
