Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to lead our demand and portfolio processes within the Supply Chain Planning function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work with a leading company that offers growth, diversity, and outstanding opportunities.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, your key duties will include:

  • Delivery of demand planning processes within S&OP for Business Units (BU)
  • Develop and maintain effective forecasting models based on available data and inputs from marketing, sales, and finance teams
  • Provide insights and recommendations in relation to trends and anomalies
  • Contribute to business growth and strategy by identifying areas of improvement and recommending process and forecasting solutions
  • Generate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as requested in regard to purchasing and inventory, feeding into the S&OP process

Key Requirements:

  • 3 years plus of experience in demand planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Profit & Loss relationships
  • Experience in external and internal collaboration
  • Demonstrated delivery of Continuous Improvement to improve demand outcomes
  • Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups
  • Advanced Excel including Power Query and Power BI highly regarded
