Leading Accountant Role in Growth-Focused Firm

Are you looking for a career-defining role in a dynamic and supportive firm? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team

As a key player in enabling our firm's next phase of growth, you will collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner. You will work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs, develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value, and liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice, be a Chartered Accountant or in progress, hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar, and possess expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks
