These newly created roles have become available for experienced administrators within an accounting firm. Both roles are based South of Sydney in the St Georges area.
These roles have become available due to an increase in workflow and growing businesses.
**Duties**:
- Lodgement of tax returns and BAS
- Updating client information via ASIC and the ATO
- Corporate secretarial work
- Invoicing and billings
- Provide PA support where required
Skills and personal attributes:
- 3 + years of experience working as an administrator within an accounting firm, particularly with corporate secretarial experience
- You will be proficient with MYOB AE/AO
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
