Digital Marketing Strategist Role

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth through data-driven campaigns.

In this exciting role, you will have significant responsibility for managing key digital marketing projects across Australia & New Zealand markets, with pathways to develop your skills alongside a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies across Australia & New Zealand markets, focusing on user engagement and conversion.
  • Manage daily operations of performance marketing channels, including search, social, and app store advertising, to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, optimize budgets, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align digital initiatives with overall brand strategy and goals.
  • Design and implement testing frameworks to continually enhance conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
  • Design geo-targeted campaigns to drive traffic to retail locations, utilizing localized messaging and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform features.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management expertise.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in paid social, paid search, and/or app campaigns.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Comfortable with exploring new platforms and adapting quickly to changing digital landscapes.
