We are seeking a seasoned Digital Performance Manager to drive our digital growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase product adoption across Australia and New Zealand.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital briefs, ensuring they are efficiently allocated to the appropriate teams and partners for planning and execution.
  • Drive digital growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase product adoption across Australia, New Zealand, and with Epsilon.
  • Consolidate digital responses and deliver APEX-aligned proposals with insights and a strategic, solutions-driven approach.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, internal opportunities, and campaign KPIs
  • Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with agreed objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, analytics, and technology, to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital media, programmatic solutions, or client management roles.
  • Strong track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies, delivering against targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong in-platform skills on DV360 and/or The Trade Desk.
  • A good understanding of how to plan and buy social.
