Job Opportunity Overview

This role is a critical position that requires timely debtor collections, exceptional communication and organizational skills, while maintaining positive customer rapport.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Weekly reporting to senior accountants
  • Processing various receipts types including cheques, direct deposits, credit cards and webstore captures/downloads
  • Collections of debtors within trading terms (30 days from invoice date)
  • Investigating and resolving escalated customer disputes promptly
  • Managing key customer relationships
