Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring smooth financial processes. They will also process invoices accurately and deliver them promptly to vendors (debtors).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain AR/AP records for data integrity and up-to-date information.
- Process invoices accurately and deliver them promptly to vendors (debtors).
- Perform monthly reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports on weekly and monthly receipt collections against forecasts.
- Identify pending collection issues early on and provide actionable recommendations.
To excel in this role, you will bring proven experience in managing end-to-end AP/AR processes, comfort navigating multiple software platforms, and excellent interpersonal skills.
