Collections & Sales Specialist

Hourly Rate: $35.68 per hour + super
Duration:3 months casual contract to begin. Chance of extension or long term contract thereafter
Hours:Monday to Friday 9-5pm each week
We're on the hunt for a drivenCollections & Sales Specialist to engage with SME customers, rebuild relationships, and secure ongoing contract renewals - even when clients have had a less-than-perfect experience in the past.
This isn't just about collecting payments. It's about re-selling value, winning back trust, and ensuring long-term partnerships in the renewable energy space.
What You'll Be DoingIntroducing our client's business as the new operator across 80+ clients.
Re-engaging customers and clearly communicating the value of their PPA or ESA agreements.
Turning around negative experiences and resetting relationships with a fresh start.
Negotiating payment solutions (full, partial, or structured plans) while maintaining contract continuity.
Using CRM tools to track progress and keep cases on target for quick resolution.
What We're Looking ForProven sales experience with SME clients (bonus if you've worked in energy or solar).
Strong communicator with the confidence to win over clients in tough situations.
Experience in collections is a bonus - with the ability to negotiate smart payment outcomes.
Commercially minded, resilient, and skilled at balancing recovery with relationship building.
What Success Looks LikeCustomers back on track with contracts renewed and relationships strengthened.
Payment plans, direct debit arrangements, or recovered receivables locked in.
