Job Title: Automotive Wholesale Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious dealership group as a Wholesale Operations Manager. You will play a pivotal role in the effective operation of our wholesale division, overseeing stock acquisition, valuations, and wholesale processes with precision, profitability, and professionalism.

You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, valuing vehicles accurately to secure maximum sales without compromising quality or compliance, negotiating with wholesalers, and maintaining customer satisfaction while ensuring our dealership remains competitive and profitable.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and bargaining skills, with deep knowledge of wholesale processes, a proactive approach, ability to multitask and remain organised, and excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who thrives on creating unforgettable experiences, has a passion for the automotive industry, and can contribute to the growth of our award-winning dealerships.

This role offers a 5-day work week (including Saturdays), company car, and excellent remuneration, along with access to continuous training and professional development opportunities.
