Senior Logistics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our night shift operations, overseeing warehouse and transport functions, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead site operations across warehouse and transport functions.
- Drive a strong safety culture through adherence to standards and legislative obligations.
- Deliver against financial, operational, and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Develop and motivate a high-performing team through clear communication and coaching.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Motivated leader with proven operational management experience in transport, warehousing, or logistics.
- Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role within warehousing or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
