The Team Leader manages freight flow to and from the warehouse as well as invoicing, issuing credit returns, liaising with customers, transport providers (internal and external), stock control and supplier management.

The position is also responsible for supervising the day to day activities of the operators ensuring workloads are allocated while provide authoritative advice and guidance to operators.
- Delegate workload amongst all logistic team members.
- Co ordinate the pick and pack of orders.
- Ensuring cargo is correctly processed and invoiced.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a tidy manor at all times.
- Ensure stock is controlled and stored correctly.
- Co-ordinate deliveries with transport providers in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure all security measures are in place as required by the relevant authority.
- Ensure all forklifts and other warehouse machinery is always serviced as required and kept in a clean & tidy state.
- Direct team members to achieve a high level of productivity.
- Ensure OH&S is part of logistic activities.
- Conduct daily day starts with your team to advise the requirements for the day, results for day prior and engaging team on where we can improve.
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools/resources to achieve assigned tasks in a quality/efficient manner.
- Responsible for the work roster and allocation of tasks for the logistics team.
- Provide technical advice and resolution to work issues in the unit.
- Provide guidance and training on correct procedures.
- Complete day to day RPT approvals and address any variances with team member and Site Manager
- Ensure timesheets are accurate and completed by deadline for submission.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
