Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Licensing Supervisor to join our team in the Tobacco Regulation Project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the licensing team, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies, and contributing to ongoing monitoring of higher-risk industry participants.

  • Assessing, processing, and determining tobacco business licence applications.
  • Contribute to ongoing monitoring of higher-risk industry participants and address information requests appropriately.
  • Assess, investigate and respond to routine enquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a real impact in the field of tobacco regulation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to interpret and implement legislation in a regulatory context, extensive experience in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments, and ability to extract operational performance data to inform resource allocation and achieve performance targets.
