Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects by phone, email, and the trade counter.
  • Providing external sales executives support relating to sales leads, quotes, and orders.
  • Building and developing customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to exceed expectations.
  • Providing product support with the ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising them on product solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities and producing leads for the sales force.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest product developments.
  • Contributing to the company's continual improvement culture.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work well unsupervised, has a high level of enthusiasm, strong negotiation, and communication skills.

You should be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and possess high levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional customer service and support.

A good understanding of computer literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will be working in a team environment, so the ability to collaborate effectively is vital.
