Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and other communication channels.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, while also working closely with our team to achieve sales and revenue goals.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent experience working within a call centre
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to learn new technology and navigate computer systems efficiently and accurately
  • Flexibility to work to a rotating roster in a structured environment
  • Ability to be resilient through proven experience
Benefits:
  • 20% penalty rates for any late shifts finishing after 8pm and time and a half for weekend shifts
