Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • The Customer Service Representative position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet.
  • This role provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a 100% remote work-from-home role.
  • The hourly rate includes superannuation and incentives.
  • The operational hours are national service delivery from 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday).
  • A 3-month fixed term, with potential for extension for high performing candidates.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
