Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Danfoss GmbH. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing our fluid conveyance range of products into the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and uncover new customers to achieve sales targets set.
  • Develop a sales plan to introduce the product within your area and coordinate closely with customer care and sales support to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Establish strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders in existing accounts.
  • Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Research and scope technical solutions required to meet industry-specific, customer needs or unmet needs, and recommend the solution/s that optimizes value and satisfaction for customer and Danfoss.
  • Promote the Danfoss range of products at trade shows as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B sales experience selling fluid power products within the heavy industry.
  • Self-motivated and driven by your technical prowess and winning opportunities.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with some experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
