Job Title: Rostering Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Rostering Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet business needs\
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and management regarding roster changes and updates\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations\
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders\

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rostering or similar field\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail\
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically\
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office\
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends\
  • Desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift 25kg\
