Job Title: Rostering Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill this critical role in our rostering team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee schedules and manage leave requests
- Communicate shift changes and resolve any related issues promptly
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain data in the rostering system accurately
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in maintaining staff rosters
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and find solutions efficiently
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
