  • Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can provide administrative support and expertise in the rostering system, ensuring the smooth execution of the rostering process. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and participating in continuous team knowledge transfer sessions to upskill Roster Support Officers (RSOs) and identify knowledge gaps and address improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. They will also have a strong focus on customer service, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.
