Job Description:

A seasoned business professional with a passion for testing is sought to lead the development of innovative solutions in the digital banking space. With a focus on quality and efficiency, this role will play a critical part in driving business growth through effective test strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies to validate applications and estimate resources and timeframes for completion.
  • Build strong connections with project managers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business drivers and assert acceptance criteria.
  • Manage QA and testing planning activities and coordinate changes in value streams and business sectors to meet business criteria.
  • Lead and develop an effective team by promoting testing best practices, upskilling testing capabilities, and aligning to organizational values.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the tester community and across related communities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related field with relevant experience in digital/retail banking/testing domain, preferably certified in software testing.
  • Sound exposure in digital-based banking propositions, systems, processes, and operational risk.
  • Strong skills in crafting and implementing test strategies to outline test scope, advocate risks, and impacts with a quality mindset.
  • Leadership skills highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, communications, analytical, interpersonal, motivational, project management skills.

Prioritizing candidates with Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or those with current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
