Business Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to define and implement test strategies, validate applications, and lead a team of testers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field and relevant experience in digital banking, product testing, and mobile/desktop applications. They will also possess strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test strategies to ensure quality outcomes
  • Lead a team of testers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business drivers and requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships within the tester community and across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field
  • Relevant experience in digital banking, product testing, and mobile/desktop applications
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and analytical thinking
  • Australian PR/Citizenship or current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations
