About the Role

We are seeking a talented Workplace practitioner to join our rapidly expanding national practice. Our team has multiple opportunities in our Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on employment, industrial relations, underpayment of wages, and remediation law.
  • Advise on workplace investigations, human rights, and anti-discrimination law.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for clients facing complex workplace issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives for the practice group.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in employment, industrial relations, underpayment of wages, and remediation law.
  • Significant industrial relations experience, including in enterprise bargaining (for Senior Associates).
  • Client-focused approach and ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and peers.
  • Experience running matters and driving a matter forward autonomously where appropriate.
  • Leadership capability, including experience delegating to and mentoring graduates, lawyers, and paralegals in the group.
  • Interest in and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives for the practice group.
