Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Employment Lawyer to join our client's thriving team. As an integral part of their firm, you will handle a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and representation on a range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, including workplace disputes, discrimination, contract negotiations, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and advise on risk management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensure clients are informed of relevant developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years PAE with a strong focus on employment law.
  • Experience in complex employment matters and cases.
  • Admitted to practice law in Queensland.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • Strong commitment to client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
