We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join our team. As a Learning Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative and accessible digital resources for online learning.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in designing learning materials and curriculum. You will be able to work collaboratively across teams to deliver technology-enabled learning projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing engaging learning experiences and supporting staff in delivering online education
  • Partnering with educators to design high-quality digital resources, tools, and activities aligned with best practice
  • Delivering training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects
