Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a key player in delivering high-quality training programs, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in your local community.
The Role- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to diverse groups of learners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) sector standards and national qualifications
- A driven, supportive and community-minded individual with a passion for working with disadvantaged learners and non-English speakers
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or Diploma in Adult Education plus a bachelor's degree with TESOL or equivalent qualifications
- An undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications
