As a Landscape Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that development projects on the Sunshine Coast align with ecological, landscape, and horticultural standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and ensuring compliance of landscape, ecological, and horticultural works, providing expert advice on development applications and planning conditions, conducting inspections and audits of contributed public assets and infrastructure, and collaborating with stakeholders to support sustainable growth and community outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Formal qualifications in landscape architecture, ecology or a related field or equivalent experience in environmental or construction industries.
- Ability to navigate complex legislation, policies, and planning schemes.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Physical agility and the level of fitness, strength, and dexterity to carry out laboring and frequent heavy lifting & bending.
