Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues through remote technical support and problem resolution.

You will also be involved in assisting and occasionally managing client projects, as well as providing backup and recovery services using products like Veeam and Datto.

In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, provisioning, and supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments using tools like RMM & Ticketing systems.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and help clients effectively.
