Nursery Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our nursery, ensuring all production and maintenance duties are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring daily operations are completed to a high standard.
  • Organising repairs and maintenance of equipment, vehicles and buildings.
  • Managing stock levels, including purchasing stock, maintaining supplier relationships and overseeing stock rotation.
  • Assisting on major installations and removals, as well as providing support to customers' sites when required.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Horticulture or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic equipment.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Consistently meets assigned targets and deadlines.
