Do you believe in the incredible benefits plants bring to indoor spaces, from improving air quality to enhancing well-being?Our Perth Nursery, based in Oakford WA, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Nursery Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
As a 'hands on' manager you will be accountable for the day-to-day Nursery operations.
The main duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Accountable for the day to day operation of the Nursery To ensure daily production and maintenance duties are completed Organise repairs and maintenance of buildings, vehicles and nursery production equipment Stock management including the purchasing of stock, maintaining supplier relationships, stock rotation, quality assurance and distribution to branches Assist on major installations and removals and be available to help service customers' sites when required To ensure your success in this role, you should have: Certificate in Horticulture or related field Relevant industry experience Strong project management and planning skills Strong and proven leadership capability Ability to communicate and interact effectively with cross functional teams and suppliers Effective time management and organisational skills Experience in the use of computer software including Microsoft office and other basic equipment Able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully Demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines consistently If you are looking for a challenging role, then this is the role for youAbout Rentokil Initial (parent company of Ambius)At Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
